What is a Living Room Visit?
An experienced Care Manager visits your home, learns about your needs, and helps you design a Care Plan tailored for your family — including clear answers on cost.
We’ve helped hundreds of St. Louis families through exactly this moment.
“The level of compassion and professionalism I experienced made managing my mother's care long distance a successful endeavor.”
“Nurses and Company took excellent care of my dad. All the caregivers were great. I had peace of mind knowing my dad was always cared for in a professional yet loving way.”
“I want to express my greatest thanks to the caregivers for the loving care that my mom received. I appreciate your help working with me to fit the needs of my mom.”
We accept private pay and long-term care insurance (LTCI). If you have an LTCI policy, we can help you activate your benefits and handle the paperwork. We do not currently accept Medicaid or VA benefits. If you need help finding Medicaid-funded care, call 211 — Missouri's social services helpline — and they'll connect you with providers who can help.
It's a free, no-obligation visit from one of our Care Managers — in your home, at a time that works for you. We get to know your situation, answer your questions, and build a care plan together. There's no commitment required, and most families tell us it's the most useful conversation they've had in the process.
In many cases, we can begin care within 24–48 hours of your Living Room Visit. If your situation is urgent, call us — a real person answers 24/7 and we'll do everything we can to move fast.
Companion care, personal care, memory and dementia care, respite care, overnight care, 24-hour care, post-hospital care, and care management. All care is non-medical and provided in your home — or wherever home is, including assisted living communities and rehab facilities.
No. There are no long-term contracts. You can adjust hours, pause, or stop care at any time. We earn your trust every week.
Every caregiver is background-checked, trained, and supervised by our team. We don't just assign whoever is available — we match caregivers to clients based on personality, experience, and needs. If the fit isn't right, we'll make a change.
Yes. We introduce you to your caregiver before care begins, and you have full say in whether the match is right.
We work with all major LTCI carriers. Many families don't realize their policy covers in-home care, or they've been paying premiums for years and never filed a claim. We'll help you understand your benefits and handle the claims process so you can use what you've been paying for.
Since 1992. We're locally owned and operated in St. Louis — not a franchise. Over 30 years of caring for families in this community.
This is one of the most common situations we see. Our Care Managers are experienced at having that conversation with compassion and without pressure. The Living Room Visit is designed to be low-key — it often helps when a trusted outside voice confirms what the family has been seeing.
A real person answers — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. No voicemail, no phone tree. If something happens at 2 AM, you'll talk to a human.
